Proposal for a historical reconstructive druidic society:

In order to gain membership one must be in pursuit of graduate level degrees in the following studies:

Medicine or The physical Sciences
Law(Either criminal or governmental law)
Social sciences

An accredited certificate in some form of counseling

And an accepted clergy course in whatever pagan tradition you are an adherent to.

Being a member in pursuit, until the attainment of one undergraduate degree results in a rank of junior apprentice. As a junior apprentice you will have a mentor of at least the rank of Druid. You and this mentor will need to be in regular contact, your mentor will be in charge of keeping you accountable for your studies, and help you in the esoteric functions of becoming a druid.

Upon receipt of of the first undergraduate degree the junior apprentice will be up for review, if his mentor and a council of two Senior and one master Druids agree that the junior apprentice is progressing satisfactorily the member will receive the rank of Full apprentice.

Upon receipt of the Apprentice's first graduate degree they will become eligible for the rank of senior apprentice.

Upon receipt of the Apprentice's final graduate degree they will become eligible for the rank of Druid. This rank can only be granted when a council of five Master druids decides that the apprentice has not only met the academic requirements but has internalized what it is to be a druid.

After a period of four Years the Druid becomes eligible for the rank of Senior Druid. He must demonstrate to the council that his body of works furthers humanity in a real manner, that he has excelled as a mentor to an apprentice.

After the senior druid has brought at least two apprentices to full the level of Druid they will become elligible for the rank of Master Druid. This rank must be granted by a full vote of the societies druid level members and there can only be seven master druids at a time.

    1. Smart ass. :)

Anarchists aren't against rules, they are against rulers. Also this is just an idea for a druidic society, you are obviously free not to join.
